I had a really nice experience with both Dr. Tulsi for facial balancing and Kim for a chemical peel. Dr. Tulsi spent a ton of time with me and made sure that I understood everything and I felt comfortable. I look so much better and am very happy with the results. My chemical peel for melasma was also great. Kim explained everything and checked in on me later in the week to see how I was doing. The first peel got rid of a lot of the hyperpigmentation and I already have a follow-up appt for another peel to address the remaining melasma. Definitely recommend!

I don’t typically leave reviews but Dr. Kotecha definitely deserves it! I am in my early thirties and decided it was time to take my skincare up a notch and also was interested in lip filler. I did a ton of research before I landed on Dr. Kotecha. We had a very thorough consultation – she is full of knowledge/expertise and provides all of the options and ideas depending on what you’re looking for. I came back a few weeks later for my lips – I was extremely nervous being I’ve never gotten anything done on my face but she put me right at ease. 4 weeks later I am obsessed with my lips, she not only gave them more volume but shaped them exactly as I wanted for more symmetry. I cannot wait to go back for more services from her! My full trust goes to her and her practice.

I LOVE Tulsi Med Spa! As a birthday gift to my aging self (LOL!), I booked a consultation. Prior to my appointment, Dr. Tulsi reached out to me to get additional info on my preferred outcomes (AMAZING). When I arrived for my appointment, the suite was clean, well organized, and Dr. Tulsi spent about an hour discussing everything in detail with me. Her suggestions for treatments were spot on, and I am so very happy with my results! I also started Ozempic with her (it was a great deal), and am enjoying those results as well. I have recommended her to several friends and look forward to my future appointments 🙂

This was my first time trying Botox and Dr. Tulsi made me feel really comfortable. She was really knowledgeable when I shared my skin goals and concern areas. I appreciated that she acknowledged a way to target it with fillers, but ultimately did not recommend it for me which made me feel that her practice is not about upselling on unnecessary procedures.She made me comfortable enough during my consult and was able to squeeze me in after the consult! The injections were painless. The results were SO natural, but evident enough that I realized I was maybe downplaying the initial lines I would see in my forehead. I assumed it was dehydration and not moisturizing my skin well enough that I would have faint lines in bad overhead light. But after seeing Dr. Tulsi, they disappeared and I’m loving the results.Her follow up was great as well because of her attention to detail. I did notice 1 eyebrow being able to be raised a few millimeters higher, but I wasn’t going to say anything because I figured that it was “just how my face was made” before I came to her 😂 But she fixed it right up and now I’m enjoying a symmetrical face when I emote/make facial expressions.
I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Kotecha! I am always wary of spending a lot on treatments because I have heard stories where people have spent a lot on something that didn’t last, but my skin looks so much better than it did before I did microneedling! I can’t wait to see what else we can do!

Dr Kotecha turned my skin around. My acne had gotten really horrible and she truly helped me. She came up with a treatment plan for me that included medication as well as skin treatments. She also followed up with me to see how things were going or if I needed medication changes. My acne is soooo much better now. I’m so grateful. Now we’re working on my acne scars. 🙂
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tulsi – she listened to all of my concerns, didn’t push me beyond my comfort zone and helped me decide what the best approach would be to reach my skincare goals. Too many providers push patients because it impacts their bottom line, but I always felt that her suggestions were fair. She is a very skilled practitioner and I would suggest a visit to anyone who is trying to achieve a “well rested”, or “your face but better” look.

I found Tulsi when looking for a new med spa in my area, and couldn’t be happier. It had been over a year since I had gotten any kind of treatment, and Tulsi created a manageable and effective program for me. I got laser with microneedling and PRP/PRF, which has shown great results in removing dark spots, wrinkles, and stimulating noticeable natural collagen production around my face. I’m a 42 y/o man with basic understanding of skin care, so tulsi’s consultation in what to do has been invaluable. She even zapped the hair off my lower neck for me so it doesn’t grow back, because I have a lot of irritation when I shave. She’s an actual doctor and it shows in her treatments and her knowledge. Scheduling with her has been super easy and flexible: her husband runs that side of the business, he’s extremely nice and responsible, the customer service is top notch TBH. I’m a big fan of these guys and will continue to follow them in the years to come, glad I found them.

Tulsi is amazing at what she does! She listens well to your concerns and desires and is really educational about the services she provides, guiding you to make the best choice for your unique concerns. I’ve gone to her for toxins alone but as I age I imagine incorporating more of her recommendations over time. I’m in my late 30s and am just getting into the world of medical spas, so I have a lot to learn. But I know she’ll answer any of my questions honestly and kindly. Had a GREAT experience with Dr. Kotecha. I loved that she really listened during our consultation and didn’t push more than I needed. She also suggested some great solutions for someone who, like me, wants to make some dramatic improvements without actually significantly changing their features. I did the RF microneedleing with her and it was exponentially more comfortable and seamless than microneedleing I’ve gotten else where.

Dr. Kotecha was super informative during my consultation and went over every question I had and what to expect post-Botox. It was my first time getting any type of Botox done and I was very happy with how easy it was! I’ve been going to Refine by Tulsi for several months now for Aerolase laser treatment for my acne and most recently for my Botox injections. I cannot recommend Dr. Tulsi enough! Tulsi is great! I wanted a bit of a youth boost while still looking very natural. She made some really good suggestions to use filler in certain areas so that it would be a very subtle change. She took great care of me not just during the procesure, but also afterwards, checking in weekly until we made sure I was completely healed.I will definitely go back to her and recommend her to others.

Dr. Tulsi is excellent. I went to a couple of popular med spas in the Chicago area with high hopes, but none even came close to the care and consideration I received from Dr. Tulsi. I went to her for Botox in the platysma (neck) and jaw. Then later returned for units in my traps. We also did a few units to refresh and lift my brow/forehead in a way that maintained my natural look. She listened to me, asked about my goals, and really took time to understand my concerns so that she could make additional recommendations. She also has a gentle touch, and personally reaches out to check on you a few days after treatment. I’m happy to say that I have found my new go-to and recommend her to everyone!

I’ve had two sessions with Dr. Tulsi so far, with more to come, and they’ve both been great! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled; her expertise and empathy make you feel very welcome and comfortable. I am getting microneedling, PRP, and the neolase done with her all at once. It’s been impressive how she manages everything, and each recovery period has been smooth and swift. Dr. Tulsi does an excellent job with the procedures. I went in with some hesitation but any concerns were quickly laid to rest. I receive a numbing cream for my procedures, so I like to say even the microneedling just feels like having an electric toothbrush run over my face. She is transparent about pricing, flexible with scheduling, and conscientious with her recommendations. I’m happy with my experiences and I definitely recommend this practice!

Dr. Kotecha is the best of the best! I’ve been seeing her for over a year to get Xeomin every three months for wrinkles in my forehead. Her technique is excellent and I appreciate the way she explains the treatment to get the results I love. After consulting about other injectable products I decided to try Radiesse. I’m so happy with the results in my lower face and neck. My skin has the most amazing glow and I feel so refreshed. I also love that she offers IV services. I was feeling sick last week so decided to try an IV and it made a huge difference in my recovery. I will definitely be back for more IV therapy after a long flight to help with jet lag. Highly recommend going to see Dr. Kotecha! She is fantastic!

I had a consultation with Tulsi a few weeks before my big 50th birthday. We went over what I was looking to achieve & different options. I finally landed on the PDO thread lift because the results last longer than fillers. Tulsi explained the procedure prior to starting and told me about the pain that may be involved as well as the recovery time. Everything she told me was very accurate and I am quite pleased with the results. I definitely notice improvement in photos & friends state I look “bright”. I definitely recommend Tulsi and will be back!

I’ve had a really great experience coming to Dr. Kotecha’s for treatments. This includes hydrafacial and a micro needling session. I appreciate her attentiveness and making sure she’s clear about communicating everything about the process. After the hydra facial my skin was so clear and glowing. I’m still early on in the microneedling process but am loving the results so far.

I am 49 and I have been living with acne scars since I was in my early 20’s. I tried a couple lazer procedures back in the day. But sadly nothing worked. The past year I started going through menopause. Every evening like clock work my face would flare up and become very Red. I don’t know why, but it wouldn’t go away. Dr Kotecha made me feel so comfortable and heard. I originally just wanted some help with my aging skin and flare ups. To my surprise Dr K informed me on new procedures that have been very successful and not only would my redness go away but my face would be clearer and my acne scars would also fade. It all sounded way too good to be true! I agreed that I would do the 45 minute procedure, no real downtime, and see if this magic was possible.. I had my 1st session (2more to go) and I am in absolute AWE!!! I have not had 1 red face flare up. My face already looks clearer! And I already see the magic working and my scaring has actually faded! Honestly I never knew this was possible for me! Even my husband told me a few days later how beautiful and clear my skin looked:)) I can not express enough how grateful and thankful I am today that I meet Dr Kotecha and I took a chance! I highly recommend going to Tulsi- it was first time getting the PRP facial and my face has been naturally glowing for the past few weeks. I still have two more treatments to go but have already seen amazing results. I’m into the more natural treatment options, so I feel like the PRP facial was a good fit for me. She is very sweet and gentle and explains everything extremely well so you understand which treatment will be the best option for you. My dark circles have improved a lot too, and I’ve been trying to treat those forever. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend seeing Tulsi!

I’m 41 and was a botox virgin, was a little reluctant towards starting now but dr kotecha took her time and explained all the benefits and limitations of Botox , my trouble areas were under eyes and forehead , she did such a nice job with the forehead it actually gives the impression that I got a brow lift too and has gotten ton of compliments , for my under eyes she did micro doses , was a bit more painful than forehead but again results a great , good thing about it that even though I got close to 60 units it all looks VERY natural and didn’t change my looks . She is very accommodating with appointments which is a plus given all of our busy schedule. Highly recommend!!
